Tent Pegging - Cavalrysport of Ancient Origins
Tent pegging is a branch of equestrian sport with roots from as early as 300s South Asia. The riders made their way into the camps of the enemies and tore up tent plugs with the lance.
As a sport, Tent pegging is quite new in Norway, but has already become very popular. The riders gallop on a 400 meter long track and trap so-called sticks - with a lance as the horse galopp. Wanna learn this epic sport?
